Start Your Online Homework Form HERE as you'll need to complete this by next Monday at 9am EST or your appointment will be canceled. NOTE: if you're married, only ONE of you fills out the form and puts your spouse's info in it (we do not need two separate forms).

Inform Spouse
If you're married, we will need both of you at the planning session for the full 2 hour meeting. So inform them asap so they can call off work / move things around to attend. We also will need their name, email, phone number by end of business today so we can put them on the calendar reminder.

Gather your thoughts on your estate planning goals to review together ahead of time so you have a general sense of who you'd like to get your assets after you die so we can have a productive conversation on how to make that legally happen :).
